Non-restricted projects under USD 100 million summit project proposal, feasibility report, contract and article of association to Foshan Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (Foshan BOFTEC). Restricted projects and non-restricted projects over USD 100 million submit feasibility report to Development and Reform department and contract and article of association to DOFTEC or MOFCOM subsequently.

Enterprise code application to Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision

Certificate of Approval issued by Foshan BOFTEC( or DOFTEC, MOFCOM)

Business license issued by AIC

Official chop (seal) application to Police department

Projects accord with rules of equipment duty exemption, summit documents to BOFTEC or DOFTEC.

Completing procedures for the establishment in the following departments: (Customs, Foreign Exchange, Bank, Taxation, Finance, Inspection and Quarantine, Labor and Social Welfare)
